Terms of sale

A booking is a request sent through this site, by email or by WhatsApp, and becomes firm when we confirm it by email.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. [[Payment is made on the day of the tour.]]

[[Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour.]] If we must cancel (weather alert, illness), we offer a new date or a full refund of any amount paid.

Tours take place on public streets. Participants remain responsible for their own safety and belongings, and children remain under the supervision of their parents.

Privacy

The booking form collects your name, email address and the details of your request, for the sole purpose of answering it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
